Not really, unfortunately. (If it does, I'd be more than happy to get this Information as
well)
Personally, I think that this should exist. We won't get it from official sources
(read: Mark), though.
The closest thing would likely be a community-blessed test suite or the like. I think any
of the established, and also new implementations would benefit from this.

I think a lot of this exists in the clients already. I know meshchatx has several tools.
It's prolly just a matter of building out a test suite on them. I have a ton of little
scripts myself I've been using to validate interfaces over different networks. I am using
them right now to work out IPV6 for my backbone.
